Designing and Making Roller-coasters
For Engineers week (2nd-6th March), the children worked in teams to plan, design and make rollercoasters.
Each group started with the same materials:
- Kitchen Rolls
- Paper Plates
- Cups
- Masking Tape
- Scissors
- 2 Toy Cars
Each group came up with a unique idea and the roller-coasters were fantastic! This project was a great opportunity to practice collaboative, creative and problem-solving skills, and most importantly, have fun!
