Many thanks to the Parents' Association for organising a wonderful day out on the Viking Splash Tour. We saw lots of interesting sights and sounds in the city centre and learned a lot about the Vikings. We loved practising our Viking roars!
We loved doing some very exciting and interesting projects this year. We enjoyed presenting our projects to our class and we learned a lot from each other.
We really enjoyed doing our lessons out in the fresh air and sunshine. We felt very lucky!
We have been using the school laptops to play maths games on the cracking maths websites. We were using our maths knowledge and skills to play games based on counting, ordering, addition, shape and space and much more. We were very lucky to have some children from sixth class to help us when we got stuck. We look forward to using the laptops more and more in the coming school year.
We made some bright and cheerful Pointillism spring paintings inspired by the work of Georges Seurat.
