Growing Incredible Edibles

Our seeds have been growing fantastically this month. Lots of warm sunny weather and rainy days have helped! We're looking forward to harvesting  strawberries, turnips, lettuce, carrots and potatoes in June.

Visit to St Enda’s

Visit to St Enda’s

5th and 6th class recently read Young Rebels by Morgan Llywelyn. This novel is set against the background of the 1916 Rising. John Joe is a pupil in Padraig Pearse's school, St Enda's, and gets caught up in the dramatic events of the Rebellion. This book really brought the events of 1916 to life. We also visited St Enda's House in Rathfarnham for a guided tour. We had a great day out!
