Brazil
We've been learning about Brazil in 1st and 2nd Class. We explored the Amazon Rainforest, learned about life in Brazil, made Carnival masks and even had our own Carnival parade dancing to Samba music! Here are a few samples of our work-we wrote some postcards imagining we were on holiday is Brazil too.

Self-Portraits by Junior and Senior Infants
Junior and Senior Infants have been learning to draw. The focus of this drawing exercise was to explore different lines and shapes in order to create life-like drawings of the face. We looked into mirrors and drew what we could see. There was a great discussion about how different we all look but that's what makes us special and interesting! Well done to the Infants for creating excellent, life-like drawings
